1. Brief & Discovery We start with a short conversation — by phone, Zoom, or in person in Auckland. We talk about your business, your customers, the feeling you want your brand to have, and any logos or styles you like (and don’t like).
2. Research & Concept Development We look at your industry, your competitors, and your audience before putting pen to paper. Then we design 2–3 distinct logo concepts, each with a clear rationale.
3. Concept Presentation We present your concepts in context — showing how the logo looks on a business card, a website, and a social profile. You choose a direction, or tell us what to take from each.
4. Refinement We refine the chosen concept based on your feedback. Most projects take 1–2 rounds of revisions before the logo is exactly right.
5. Final Delivery We package up every file format you need and send everything over with a clear usage guide. The whole process typically takes 1–2 weeks from briefing to final delivery.

Do I own the logo once it’s designed? Yes, absolutely. Once the final payment is made, all design rights transfer to you. Your logo is yours to use however you like, without any ongoing fees or restrictions.
Can you redesign my existing logo? Yes. If your current logo needs a refresh rather than a full replacement, we offer logo refresh and rebrand services. We’ll update what’s not working while keeping the parts of your brand people already recognise, if that’s relevant.
What if I don’t like the concepts? It’s rare, but it happens. If none of the initial concepts feel right, we’ll have a follow-up conversation to better understand your direction and present new concepts. We want you to end up with a logo you love — that’s the point of the whole exercise.
Do you design logos for businesses outside Auckland? Yes. While we’re based in Auckland and most of our clients are local, we work with businesses across New Zealand. Everything can be handled remotely via email and video call.
